Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Broad Function

To provide support on the screening follow-up services for the national colorectal cancer screening programme (Healthier SG screening).

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Specific

  1. Appointment management for referral from HPB portal including scheduling, re-scheduling and cancellation
  2. Tracking of appointment fulfilment and follow up appointments
  3. Send out phone text messages to patients informing them to return the call and make an appointment
  4. Ensure that all patients referred to WH for further assessment are being follow up
  5. Recording of appointment call logs and appointment details of HPB referral cases in HPB system timely
  6. Track and ensure that all patients receive consultation from a specialist prior to colonoscopy appointment
  7. Monitor and ensure that the colonoscopy services are being carried out within 12 weeks from date of referral
  8. Respond to any queries from patients or internal stakeholders with regards to the programme
  9. Weekly follow up with HPB on any missing patient’s contact
  10. Coordinate and provide assistances with HPB in coordination of the programme

General

  1. Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Levels preferred
  2. At least 3-5 years of related experience in a similar capacity, healthcare experience is preferred.
  3. Able to multi-task and manage projects.
  4. Able to communicate effectively at all levels with good interpersonal skills.
  5. Possess a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  6. Healthcare experience is preferred
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential
  8. Team-player
