We provide investment and execution services at the total portfolio level and leverage on capabilities that look across public market strategies. We work with the trading desk in rebalancing and realigning our portfolios, work with top of the house strategy heads to help execute new strategies, and deliver front‑office analytics solution services.

What impact can you make in this role?

You will be part of a team that is an integrated investment service team that partners the business in providing services to support public markets investment.

Responsibilities

What will you do as an Associate / Assistant Vice President, Total Portfolio Rebalancing Services?

The candidate will work with the investment teams and technology group to ensure timely and accurate rebalancing trade management and execution. The rebalancing portfolio coverage is global and includes assets such as Equities, Bonds, Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Futures, Collateralised Securities and other derivatives. Primarily responsibilities would include:

  • Manage the rebalancing operations
  • Analyse rebalancing data to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve data issues timely
  • Engage portfolio managers and business managers on portfolio rebalancing requirements
  • Develop, implement and maintain controls and workflows to ensure quality and timeliness of data
  • Evaluate new business requirements, propose and build system solutions
  • Adopt user‑empowered tools to produce consistently high‑quality and timely rebalancing data to support investment execution
Qualifications

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

  • Degree in Finance, Accountancy or related fields with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience in operations, fund management or large‑scale data operation fields
  • Possess good knowledge of financial instruments and markets. Knowledge of leveraging AI toolkits is advantageous.
  • Possess strong analytical abilities with an eye for detail
  • Forward thinker who is able to “connect the dots” and appreciate both the big picture and relevant small details
  • Self‑starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong learning agility
  • Team player with the willingness to take on new challenges in a fast‑paced and changing environment
  • A high level of proficiency in MS Office is required. Exposure to technology such as SQL, Python, Tableau will be an advantage
