A reputable HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to assist in the daily operations of a clinic. The role requires responsibility for customer service, including cashiering and appointment scheduling. Additionally, you will manage insurance matters and liaise with various stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Assist in the clinic’s day to day operations and functions.
• Assist the Medical Director in the assigned clinic.
• Responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to cashiering, appointment, and answering customer enquiries.
• Responsible for all matters pertaining to insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee(s).
• Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required.
• Assist in the renewal of government licenses including but not limited to Clinic License, Fire, Insurance, and HSA.
• Other duties assigned by your reporting officer as required.

Job description

Working day: 5.5 days work week
Working Hour: Mon to Fri (9.00am – 5pm) | Sat (9.00am – 1:00pm)
Salary range: $3,000 - $4,000
Location: Mt. E Novena
