A leading eCommerce platform in Singapore is seeking a Seller Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist. The role involves identifying and onboarding sellers, managing accounts for marketplace growth, and executing category strategies. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in marketplace management, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with Mirakl. This position is critical for driving GMV growth and ensuring smooth seller operations within a dynamic environment.
Support the identification, prospecting, and onboarding of Australia-based domestic dropship sellers on the Mirakl platform to close category gaps and support GMV growth.
Conduct Australia-specific market and competitor analysis (pricing, assortment coverage, local demand trends, and marketplace benchmarks) to inform seller targeting and pipeline prioritisation.
Assist in pitching the KrisShop Australia domestic marketplace value proposition, including access to a premium customer base, brand-safe environment, domestic fulfilment model, and marketplace visibility.
Support commercial discussions with sellers covering commission structures, pricing expectations, fulfilment SLAs, cancellation thresholds, content standards, and performance KPIs, in line with Mirakl operating rules.
Coordinate seller onboarding across Mirakl workflows, including seller invitation, documentation checks, finance setup platform configuration, and readiness to trade.
Support go-live preparation, including SKU validation, catalogue readiness, operational checks, and first-order monitoring
Act as the day-to-day account contact for assigned Mirakl AU sellers, supporting smooth operations and commercial performance post-launch.
Support the development and execution of seller-level growth plans, including GMV targets, SKU depth, pricing competitiveness, and participation in KrisShop AU campaigns.
Monitor seller KPIs through Mirakl dashboards and internal reports, including GMV, order acceptance rates, cancellations, on-time dispatch, pricing compliance, and content quality.
Prepare seller performance summaries and support regular business reviews, highlighting risks, underperformance, and optimisation opportunities.
Work with sellers to improve catalogue quality, including titles, attributes, imagery, descriptions, metadata, and keyword alignment to improve conversion.
Support category planning by analysing historical performance, seasonality, and AU consumer demand signals across domestic dropship SKUs.
Assist in identifying high-velocity SKUs, local bestsellers, emerging Australian brands, and assortment white spaces within assigned categories.
Support execution of category campaigns, including vouchers, bundles, GWP, flash sales, and platform-wide promotions, in coordination with Marketing and Growth teams.
Assist in SKU lifecycle management on Mirakl, including activation, optimisation, rationalisation, and delisting based on performance and compliance.
Ensure sellers are aligned with Mirakl AU domestic SOPs, including order acceptance timelines, dispatch SLAs, carrier requirements, returns handling, and cancellation rules.
Liaise with Operations, Customer Experience, and Logistics teams to support resolution of order exceptions, seller-driven cancellations, fulfilment issues, and customer escalations.
Provide hands-on support to sellers on Mirakl tooling, including order management, catalogue updates, fulfilment workflows, and incident resolution.
Monitor seller adherence to platform policies, customer protection standards, and contractual obligations, escalating recurring issues where required.
Support the execution of commission tiers, promotional rebates, and incentive mechanics within approved commercial frameworks.
Assist in securing seller participation in joint campaigns, co-funded marketing, sampling, exclusives, and bundled offers relevant to the AU domestic market.
Work with Finance to support monthly seller reconciliation, including payout checks, invoice validation, and issue resolution in line with Mirakl financial processes.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketplace account management, ecommerce partnerships, or brand/vendor management.
Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
Proven experience driving sales growth, managing GMV targets, and improving vendor performance metrics.
Familiarity with marketplace platforms (Mirakl experience strongly preferred).
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to manage external partners and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
