Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counselling or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in counselling or social services.
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Counselling in program evaluation.
• Supervise and mentor counsellors and interns.
• Attend helpline calls as the lead counsellor.
• Provide individual, couple, and family counselling.
