Job summary

A human resource consultancy in Singapore is looking for a candidate to perform system monitoring, manage incidents, and administer certificates on a 2-year contract basis. The ideal applicant will have a diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology and basic knowledge in Windows Active Directory services. The role includes a 12-hour rotating shift and offers a salary of up to $3,300 plus a shift allowance.

• Manage and coordinate between customers and third party vendors for fault resolution.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily duty on system monitoring.
• Manage incident management and escalation.
• Conduct weekly EndPoint protection updates.
• Administer end user management of Windows AD, RSA and 2FA token.
• Renew and administer certificates for servers and end users.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily duty on system monitoring
• Perform incident management and escalate incidents to level 2 maintenance team.
• Perform weekly EndPoint protection updates.
• Perform end user administration of Windows AD, RSA and 2FA token.
• Perform Certificate renewal and administration for servers and end users.
• Perform adhoc administration task on firewall and endpoint protection.
• Monitoring and check on server\'s health status

• 2 years outsourced contract (renewable)

Salary

• Up to $3,300 + $250 shift allowance

Job Requirements

• Minimum at least a Diploma in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent.
• Has Basic knowledge in Windows Active Directory services will be preferred.
• Has basic knowledge in Windows Certificate Authority services will be preferred.
• Manage and Coordinate between customers and third party vendors for fault resolution where necessary.
• Provide operation support, maintenance and administration.
• Has basic knowledge on Switches and Routers will be preferred
