A leading healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced Assistant Director to spearhead fundraising initiatives. The candidate will manage relationships with potential Major Gift donors and collaborate with various teams to optimize financial contributions. Proven track record in fundraising is essential, along with strong communication and leadership skills. Within NHG’s Advancement Office, the Assistant Director will be a strategic collaborator in identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding donors, including philanthropists, corporations and foundations, in order to support NHG’s philanthropic ambitions by fostering meaningful relationships and strategic partnerships. He/she will report to the Director, Advancement Office. He/she will support the Director in identifying and implementing strategies for success in securing significant philanthropic support, and work collaboratively with leadership and staff. In this role, he/she will manage a portfolio of potential and current Major Gift donors to NHG. He/she will be responsible for facilitating all phases of the gift cycle, including initiating contact, cultivating and moving potential donors to solicitation and closure. As a key member of the Office of Advancement, he/she will also contribute to efforts in developing General Giving programmes both at HQ and in collaboration with institutions’ charity funds (including staff giving and needy patients’ initiatives).
