A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Director of Corporate Development to drive value-based care and service planning. You will work with various departments to enhance care quality and operational efficiency, ensuring sustainable development for KTPH & YCH. Ideal candidates will have relevant healthcare degrees and experience in performance management, with a focus on leveraging AI tools for systemic innovation.
Corporate Development will support CEO, CMB and Yishun Health leadership to strengthen the work alignment of all work units across Yishun Health and its institutions. This effort is made by working at the following levels:

As the Assistant Director of Corporate Development (AD/CD) in charge of Value-Based Care & Service Planning sub-unit, you are accountable to the Director and the Deputy Director of Corporate Development for the deliverables and results in the following areas:

(A) EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Relevant degrees and experience from clinical, public health and administrative fields, in the context of ensuring a balance between skillset and experience within the Corporate Development team as a whole rather than that of the individual, as determined by the Director, Corporate Development, from time to time.
Experience in the health system field is an advantage.
Relevant professional licenses, as determined by Director, Corporate Development, from time to time.
