Job description

As an Assistant Building Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee and manage Facility Management Services at building(s) that he is assigned to
• Manage term contractors/specialist contractors to ensure smooth operation of buildings
• Manage relation to client/authorities/ tenants
• Provide client/authorities/tenants with updates of electrical, water and other service outages and scheduled shutdowns
• Attend to feedback by tenants/ clients, to recommend and take remedial actions
• Budgeting and managing expenses
• Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
