Responsibilities

  • Prepare asset performance reviews and propose improvement strategies.
  • Conduct market and regulatory research, prepare analysis reports.

Skills

Strong financial modelling and valuation skills

We are looking for an experienced Asset Investment Manager to support the overseas investment and asset management portfolio of a leading global logistics group. The successful candidate will be involved in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in logistics real estate and related infrastructure assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential logistics asset acquisition and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct and coordinate financial, legal, and operational due diligence.
  • Build and review financial models including DCF analysis, sensitivity analysis, and IRR calculations.
  • Participate in transaction structuring, negotiation, and deal execution.
  • Work with asset operations teams to monitor post‑investment performance, including rental income and occupancy rates.
  • Prepare asset performance reviews and propose improvement strategies.
  • Conduct market and regulatory research, prepare analysis reports, and support investment strategy planning.
Requirements
  • Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Logistics Management, or related fields.
  • Additional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CPM will be beneficial.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in investment, M&A, infrastructure, or logistics real estate.
  • Knowledge of the European logistics market is advantageous.
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics operations, asset transactions, and regional regulatory frameworks.
