LINCH is currently looking for an Artist Partnerships & PR Executive (Contract)

Who you'll be working for

LINCH is a music company involved in building artist careers, brands and campaigns. Established in 2017, LINCH provides an ecosystem for the artiste in all aspects of artiste services, ranging from PR, Marketing and creative consultancy, regional tours and also marketing/promotional campaigns. We work with many artistes/labels/music companies. We’re a bunch of music people who eat live and breathe music.

Overview of Position

The Artist Services & PR team handles all artiste / label related projects (Music - Single, EP or Album releases) that involve regional PR, digital marketing and other projects that are artist/label related. The Artist Partnerships & PR Executive will assist the ASPR to roll out PR campaigns and strengthen media relations in Singapore & Malaysia.

Who are you?
  • Candidate to have up to 1 year experience in an agency environment.
  • Past & current experience in the music industry is a good to have but not necessary.
  • Candidate has to be Singaporean and based in Singapore.
  • A keen interest in the global music industry and some knowledge of the Regional music landscape.
  • Candidate should have a strong interest and acumen to network, go to events and basically hang out with potential media partners.
What you'll be involved in?

Campaign Coordination (65%)

  • Coordinate all assigned music label and or artist accounts.
  • Create and communicate media and creator plans and engagement strategies to our local and regional teams/
  • Work with Senior Executive, and other coordinators and or assistants and our regional team members to execute campaigns.
  • Send email pitches out to media inclusive of writing press releases
  • Coordinate with regional teams for current campaigns.
  • Manage & execute interview schedules for artists / label clients.
  • Create & Manage media trackers and post campaign reports for all campaigns assigned.
  • Manage & Coordinate all Singapore Promo Tours for artists.

Media & DSP Partner Development (35%)

  • Be the Singapore + Malaysia equivalent of our regional teams ie (media relationships point person)
  • Manage and grow specific media relationships and databases, and understand the editorial calendar to pitch available LINCH roster correctly.
  • Attend networking events organised by media, anniversary parties, media launches (there will be some KPIs attached to these below)
  • Pitch and enhance relationships with DSPs such as Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, KKBox
What we hope you possess
  • Some Interest, knowledge and passion for the music industry (Regional SEA and international at large)
  • Basic Knowledge of digital marketing and usage of design software ie Canva, Adobe creative suite , Capcut etc.
  • Strong communication skills required to navigate relationships with clients, local and regional teams
  • Some Interest to pursue music business as a career pathway
  • A love and passion for administrative work
  • People skills and the ability to handle tough situations.
Duration

1 year Contract-to-Hire (3 months contractor phase → 1-year full-time contract)
