Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering.
• Experience in the diesel engine, generator, or backup power/data centre power systems industry is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer quality processes to exceed established quality baselines.
• Conduct product quality analyses including DFMEA, PFMEA, and other methodologies.
• Track quality issues reported by customers and ensure RCAs are completed.
