Responsibilities

• Assist DAS team on key projects and workstreams that drive key deliverables and target sales outcomes.
• Assist DAS Strategy on regular performance tracking and reporting requirements.
• Work cross-functional with data team and DAS to collaborate on improving DAS.
• Support weekly reporting of sales and monthly updates of MI.
• Support in deliverables DAS CEO dialogue deck through data analysis and visualization.

Purpose

Provide support for Digitally Assisted Sales team supporting FWD distribution channels.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist DAS team on key projects and workstreams that drive key deliverables and target sales outcomes
• Assist DAS Strategy on regular performance tracking and reporting requirements
• Work cross –functional with data team, DAS and digital team to collaborate on improving DAS.
• Support weekly reporting of sales, monthly update of MI and update of GEC / GMT / chairman deck
• Support in deliverables DAS CEO dialogue deck through data analysis and visualization of performance

Qualifications / Experience

• Business, Finance, Digital or Insurance related degree
• 1.5-2 years of experience in Strategy, Finance, Consulting, Digital Commerce, Insurance, Investment Banking or business-related roles

Knowledge & Technical Skills

• Comfortable with numbers and general understanding of P&L and financials
• Good understanding of business fundamentals and digital commerce
• Good understanding of life insurance industry
