Key Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during aesthetic and medical procedures

• Perform facial and skin treatments, including cleansing, extraction, masking, acne care, and anti-aging treatments

• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients through professional and attentive service

• Attend to incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient enquiries

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene standards, and proper upkeep of treatment rooms and equipment

• Conduct daily opening and closing duties

• Manage and monitor inventory for medical and treatment supplies

• Perform basic administrative tasks as assigned by clinic management

• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of aesthetic machines and devices

Role Requirement

• Singaporean or PR

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in aesthetics, skincare, or beauty industry

• Professional appearance with good personal hygiene

• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays

• Independent, proactive, and a strong team player

• Able to communicate confidently with English- and Mandarin-speaking clients
