Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to recruitment consultants
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment‑related documentation and records
  • Assist in work pass applications
  • Submit, track, renew, amend, issue, and cancel work pass applications
  • Prepare supporting documents and ensure compliance with MOM requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates’ employment and pass status
  • Coordinate internal teams on administrative matters
  • Support invoicing, reporting, and other ad‑hoc administrative duties
