We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to efficiently manage our day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will support internal functions, oversee documentation, scheduling, and provide general administrative assistance across various departments.

Responsibilities

Record Keeping & Finance Support

  • Prepare and manage expense reports, invoices, and payment records.
  • Support documentation processes for accounting and audit requirements.

Office Administration

  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, including inventory tracking and procurement.
  • Ensure office cleanliness and upkeep, coordinating with external cleaning services as necessary.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.

Scheduling & Travel Coordination

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal team activities.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Process and manage travel and expense claims.

Cross-Team Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative assistance to various departments (such as HR, Sales, and Operations).
  • Support the coordination of company events, onboarding processes, and training sessions.
  • Handle day-to-day tasks to ensure seamless business operations.
Qualifications
