Job description

Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth daily administration and operation of the clinic
• Provide clinic’s administrative duties at the front counter including answering phone calls, registration, cashiering, and maintaining appointments
• Record and update clinic inventory, ordering of stock
• Perform administrative duties including maintaining simple filing
• Conduct clinical duties including chaperoning
• Data entry for accounts payable using Plato system
• Liaise with external parties/vendors and communicate via email
• Work closely with the Operations Manager for administrative and operational matters

Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in any service industry, preferably in healthcare
• Required Skills: MS Excel, MS Office
• Must work independently with minimum supervision
• Hardworking, organized, meticulous, able to multitask, dependable, punctual, and a team player
• Able to converse with English and Mandarin-speaking patients
• Good customer service skills

Work Schedule:
8am to 5pm or 10am to 7pm M-F
Alternate Saturday full day
44 hours per week

Salary Range:
2000-2100
