Job summary

A financial services company located in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to handle administrative duties for the accounts department. Responsibilities include data entry, reconciling ledgers, processing payments, and maintaining monthly bank reconciliations. Responsibilities
  • Handle administrative duties for accounts department
  • Data Entry into system
  • [AR] Reconcile AR ledger to ensure all receipts are accounted for and properly posted;
  • [AP] Process payment to suppliers, dealers and brokers;
  • Prepare and maintain monthly bank reconciliation;
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned;
