Job summary

A dynamic engineering company in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Assistant to provide key support in accounting and administrative functions. About the role

Our company distributes and converts high quality engineering plastic films.

We are seeking a capable individual to join the dynamic team at Innox Higa Singapore Pte Ltd, based in the East Region (near Simei). You will play a key role in accounting and administrative support, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.

What you'll do
  1. Providing administrative and sales support functions, including data entry, document preparation and other clerical duties
  2. Assist in purchasing both trade and sundry.
  3. Prepare monthly stock reconciliation
  4. Perform transactional accounting activities, monthly closing and statements of accounts.
  5. Monitor cash flow and forecast
  6. Liaise with auditor, company secretary, banks, company agents and internal teams as needed
  7. Participate in ISO activities
  8. Active involvements in other duties and projects assigned
Requirements
  1. Polytechnic Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Science, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years' experience in an accounts assistant or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment. * Fresh graduates with polytechnic accounting qualifications are welcomed to apply.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  6. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Ability to work independently, and a collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude with professionalism and integrity.
