Overview

Accounts & Admin Executive is responsible for managing an organization's day-to-day financial transactions and administrative operations. This dual role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Accounts
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Handle petty cash and employee reimbursements.
  • Support with payroll processing.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and external parties as needed.
Administration
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Support HR functions such as leave records, attendance, and onboarding.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in procurement and vendor management.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and office administration.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
