Job description

Responsibilities

• Full set accounting services for multiple industry companies (clients). Management accounts, financial reports, XBRL, etc., and ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements
• Annual Tax Services for multiple industry companies (clients)
• Preparation and accuracy of tax computations for Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax and GST (application and submission). Relevant tax filing, Corporate Tax Form C/CS filing
• Ensuring effective communication and fostering long-term, positive client relationships. Introduce and explain to them the accounting and tax compliance requirements of Singapore companies.

Other:

• Statistical work and works reporting
• Other related work arranged by the Manager

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of full set accounting and tax experience of Singapore company.
• Prior experience in the accounting firm industry is preferred but not essential.
• Proficient in using financial management software and MS Office applications.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Singaporean/PR only. No work pass issue
• Proficient in Mandarin will be an advantage as required to liaise with subsidiary/joint venture from China
