Responsibilities

Job Description

• Responsible to handle full AR, AP and GL spectrum.

• Responsible for ensuring customer receive billing timely.

• Responsible for paying vendors or supplies purchased or any other expenses incurred by the business.

• Responsible for company’s operating expenses captured in correct accounts and ensure Sub-Ledgers are tally with General Ledger in the system.

• Responsible for General Ledger month-end closing process.

• Responsible for Monthly Report Preparation.

• Responsible for Quarterly IRAS GST Report Preparation.

• Responsible for Inventory Control in the system, yearly internal and external stock take.

• Responsible for Yearly Audit Matters, Audited Report and Related Documents Preparation.

• Prepare for related documents for Tax Agent ECI filling.

• Ensure the Corporate Tax Computation and Form C process timely and accurately.

Job Qualifications

Education Required

• Diploma in Accountancy

• ACCA Level 2
