We are seeking motivated individuals to join our telesales team as Account Development Executives. In this role, you will reach out to prospective and existing customers to introduce insurance products that suit their needs, while delivering excellent service and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance and meet campaign KPIs
• Make outbound calls to promote insurance solutions confidently and professionally
• Cross‑sell and up‑sell where appropriate
• Convert company‑provided leads into successful sales
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality assurance standards
• Maintain accurate customer records in the system

Requirements:

• Telesales or financial services sales experience preferred
• Insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, HI) an advantage
• Strong communicator, persuasive and resilient
• Goal‑oriented, sales‑driven, and comfortable with outbound calls
• Open to Malaysians
