Job summary

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm
• Office Location: Eunos
• Salary: $3500 - $5000

Job Description:

• Liaise closely with Clients/Designers in providing the project team expertise and supervision.
• Verify and confirm of quotations from Suppliers/Contractors (especially indent items).
• Assist in managing the changes in project scope, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans.
• Assist to ensure all plans/documents to Landlords/Local Authorities are approved prior to commencement of work.
• Conduct site marking/inspection prior to commencement of work.
• Conduct regular site meeting.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Construction, or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years experience in large-scale projects (commercial / space / retail / F&B )
• Good experiences in project management and site co-ordination
