Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Identify, onboard, and expand a high-quality network of real estate brokers across targeted regions.
  • Design and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets through the broker network.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key brokers and channel partners.
  • Provide sales training, tools, and regular updates to brokers to improve conversion and performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report broker performance metrics; implement performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth operations.
  • Ensure all broker activities comply with legal and company standards.
  • Do special projects as assigned by the line manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8 12 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 5 years in a leadership role managing broker/channel networks.
  • Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, brokerage operations, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through third-party networks.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to analyze.
