A leading company in water and wastewater solutions is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to drive sales strategy and execution across various models. The role demands deep industry insight and leadership to engage with major clients and develop strategic partnerships. As Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be the commercial engine behind our water & wastewater solutions portfolio. This is not just a sales job—this is a mission-critical, techno-commercial leadership role that directly impacts our market presence, revenue growth, and strategic client relationships.
You will bring deep industry insight, creativity in deal structuring (Rental, EPC, BOO), and a solid grasp of desalination, STP, and industrial wastewater technologies to lead high-impact engagements across the KSA market. Additionally generate leads and close orders for services such as O&M, trading of chemicals, etc. as value-add service for customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales strategy and execution across rental, BOO, and EPC models for RO, demin, and wastewater systems.
• Acquire, engage, and close deals with major industrial and municipal clients across sectors like oil & gas, power, mining, chemicals, and utilities.
• Develop strategic partnerships and nurture CxO-level relationships to position GET Water as the go-to solution provider.
• Promote and sell Regenerated RO membranes, mobile STPs, and customized industrial water systems.
• Position Get water for O&M services for 3rd party plants
• Shape winning proposals by understanding technical and commercial client needs, tailoring solution models to fit.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and service teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer pain points to shape new product/market fit initiatives.
• Represent GET Water in industry events, conferences, and technical forums.
