Job description

ROLE PURPOSE:

Promotion of Aspen products to healthcare professionals in the assigned territory, including building relationships with HCPs, delivering key brand marketing messages, and achieving sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Represent Aspen by achieving daily targeted face-to-face calls to physicians and pharmacists.
  2. Regularly conduct AVAs and promotional activities.
  3. Achieve assigned sales targets in the designated territory.
  4. Build sustainable positive relationships with target HCPs and key stakeholders.
  5. Maintain an updated customer database.
  6. Submit daily calls reports and weekly sales trackers in a timely manner.
  7. Stay updated with the latest clinical data in the related therapy area and discuss this data with healthcare professionals.
  8. Provide accurate market feedback on competition, new product concepts, customer requirements, and marketing opportunities.
  9. Plan and execute medical educational events.
  10. Conduct ongoing market analysis.
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree in B.Sc Pharmacy
  • 0-2 years in pharmaceutical sales
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • Selling and presentation skills - professional level
