Job Description

Role Purpose

To identify and secure corporate partnerships and B2B memberships, building long-term client relationships that generate consistent revenue for the organization.

Key Accountabilities & Activities
  1. Identify, develop, and convert corporate leads into long-term commercial clients through targeted sales strategies and outreach.
  2. Build a pipeline of corporate prospects by leveraging databases, cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
  3. Customize corporate membership packages based on company size, needs, and wellness goals; coordinate internal resources to develop proposals.
  4. Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to HR departments, procurement teams, and decision-makers of potential corporate clients.
  5. Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements in line with the company's commercial policies.
  6. Manage ongoing relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring renewals, upsells, and high satisfaction scores.
  7. Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in the CRM, track progress, and generate weekly and monthly reports on KPIs and revenue targets.
  8. Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute B2B campaigns, sponsorship opportunities, and wellness events tailored to the corporate sector.
  9. Represent the company at exhibitions, wellness fairs, and networking events to promote services and attract new clients.
  10. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging business segments to stay ahead of industry developments and adjust strategy accordingly.
  11. Coordinate with internal teams (fitness, operations, legal, finance) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for corporate accounts.
  12. Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally, maintaining a customer-first approach throughout the sales cycle.
  13. Provide feedback to the leadership team on potential product or service improvements based on corporate client feedback.
  14. Experience: 3-5 years in corporate or B2B sales.
  15. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  16. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge & Skills
  1. Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  2. Knowledge of fitness/wellness industry is a plus.
  3. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  4. Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  5. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
