Job summary

A logistics company in the Jeddah region is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily activities of the warehouse staff. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate handling of raw materials and finished goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and enforcing safety procedures. Candidates should possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain management. The role supports coordination with production and logistics teams, along with training warehouse personnel while preparing operational reports.

  • Supervise daily activities of warehouse staff.
  • Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams.
  • Enforce warehouse safety procedures to maintain a safe environment.
  • Monitor warehouse cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist in training and developing warehouse personnel.
  • Prepare daily and weekly warehouse operation reports.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues affecting performance.
  • Support effective use of SAP Warehouse Management and ERP processes.

Education

Job description
Duties & Responssibility :-
  • Supervise daily activities of warehouse staff handling raw materials and finished goods.
  • Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for timely handling of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Enforce warehouse safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist in training and developing warehouse personnel.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on warehouse operations and stock status of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues affecting warehouse performance.
  • Support the implementation and effective use of SAP Warehouse Management (SAP WM) and ERP processes related to raw materials and finished goods.
Job Requirments :-
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
