Job summary

A civil engineering consultancy is looking for a Bid & Staffing Engineer in Riyadh to support bid preparation and recruitment for major projects. Ideal candidates are graduate engineers with over two years of experience, under 28 years old and from the EEA. This role will require excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as familiarity with multiple engineering disciplines and project delivery structures. In this role, you will bridge business development and project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate engineers must have more than two years of experience.
• Candidates should be under 28 years of age.
• Citizens of a country within the European Economic Area (EEA) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review proposal packages including technical documents.
• Support vendor registration processes across procurement platforms.
• Manage the staffing process across all phases.
