Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is actively seeking a skilled Unified Communications Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on implementing and supporting AVAYA Aura and Cisco UC, SBC, and contact center integrations for clients in telecom and IT services.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with VoIP, UC solutions, and relevant certifications, along with a strong background in networking and cloud environments.

Qualifications

Experience with unified communication and call center systems.
Strong knowledge of SIP, H.323, DHCP, DNS, LAN and WAN.
Technical certifications from Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, etc.
Experience with virtualization platforms and cloud environments is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and ability to communicate technical concepts.

Responsibilities

Implement and support AVAYA Aura solutions and Cisco UC.
Collaborate with clients to solve complex technical issues and apply change requests.
Participate in implementation and support phases of projects.
