Job summary

Unifonic is expanding its sales-enabled cloud communication team in Riyadh. We seek a Senior Customer Solutions Consultant who guides customers through digital transformation using cloud communications.

You will coordinate with a virtual team of sales, engineers, and support to build trusted advisor relationships with CXOs and technology decision-makers. You will evaluate customer cloud strategies, recommend aligned solutions, remove deployment roadblocks, and ensure adoption while driving

Qualifications

• +4 years of hands-on experience in selling technology solutions, technical/solutions consulting, or customer-facing delivery in a related industry (SaaS, CPaaS, Telecommunications, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another IT-related field.
• Ability to create a positive customer experience by matching the right product/service offerings to their needs.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot customer needs and translate them into workable solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders and collaborating with virtual/cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong writing/editing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison between Sales and Product teams during the sales process supporting solution design, quotes, proposals, RFP responses, and related documentation.
• Build working knowledge of Unifonic's conversational AI and omnichannel communications platform.
• Join Sales team meetings to understand customer pain points, requirements, and business goals, and help shape the most relevant solution.
• Support problem escalation and best-practice efforts to help clients and internal teams use Unifonic's products more effectively.
• Build and deliver product demos and pilots that showcase Unifonic's value to prospects and clients.
• Relay timely, organized client feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development based on real business cases.
• Hand off won deals cleanly to the Customer Success team, with clear context on customer goals and configuration.
• Support Sales and Account Management on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with technical input.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, Engineering) as needed to close deals.
