Job summary

Avensys is seeking a skilled unified communications engineer to join our team. The role focuses on AVAYA Aura solutions, Cisco Unified Communications, and related technologies, with client-facing responsibilities to resolve complex issues and drive effective deployment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SIP/H.323, SBCs, and certifications from Avaya, Cisco, or Genesys, plus comfort with virtualization and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with unified communications and call center systems.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, H.323, DHCP, DNS, LAN, and WAN.
• Certifications from Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, etc.
• Experience with virtualization platforms and cloud environments is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and supporting AVAYA Aura solutions and Cisco UC.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve complex technical issues and apply change requests.
• Participate in implementation and support phases of projects.
