Job summary

Total-TECH Co. in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Cisco Unified Communications engineer to install, configure, and maintain CUCM and related voice solutions. You will deploy IP telephony, troubleshoot VOIP issues, and ensure high availability of the voice infrastructure.

The role requires strong CUCM knowledge, Cisco Voice Gateways, Unity Connection, and CUBE, plus QoS expertise. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams and prepare documentation.

Qualifications

• CCNA Voice or CCNP Collaboration/Voice certification required.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
• Experience with Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR).
• Familiarity with SIP, H.323, MGCP, SRST, and CUBE.
• Experience with Cisco Unity Connection.
• Knowledge of QoS for voice networks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in enterprise voice implementations and support.
• Experience in telecom or system integration projects preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Electronics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM).
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Voice Gateways and SIP/H.323/MGCP protocols.
• Deploy and support Cisco IP Telephony solutions.
• Manage Cisco Unity Connection, CUBE, and UCCX (preferred).
• Troubleshoot voice quality, call routing, and dial plan issues.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups.
• Monitor voice infrastructure performance and ensure high availability.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams during implementation and support activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.
