An environmental services company in Jeddah is seeking a motivated Fresh Graduate Accounting Assistant to join their team. The role involves supporting daily accounting operations, gaining hands-on experience, and ensuring accuracy in financial activities. Accounting Assistant (Fresh Graduate)
We are seeking a motivated Accounting Assistant (Fresh Graduate) to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and gain hands-on experience in financial and accounting activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Sunday to Thursday
- Assist in recording daily journal entries and financial transactions.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Follow up on invoices, expenses, revenues, and payments.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and customer/vendor account reconciliations.
- Organize and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Provide support during month-end and year-end closing.
- Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Fresh Graduate).
