Job summary

Avensys is seeking an experienced IVR developer in Riyadh to design, implement, and optimize IVR and telephony solutions for multi-channel engagement. You will work with leading platforms and APIs to deliver scalable, secure automation.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in computer science and 8–10 years in contact centers such as Zoom, Brightpattern, Cisco, or Avaya. The role emphasizes testing, integration, and performance tuning.

Qualifications

8 to 10 years of strong background in contact center platforms
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
Experience with designing, building and maintaining IVR systems and workflows

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement IVR applications tailored to organizational requirements
Build call flows, menus, prompts, and routing logic to optimize caller experience
Integrate IVR with CRM, ERP, and ticketing systems
Work with APIs, databases, and middleware for data-driven IVR responses
Ensure seamless integration with telephony platforms (SIP, VoIP, PSTN)
Enable IVR to support multi-channel engagement (voice, SMS, chatbot handoff)
Configure IVR systems to support multi-language menus
Conduct end-to-end testing of IVR flows before production release
Perform load and stress testing to ensure system stability
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve IVR-related issues promptly
Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and performance optimization of IVR systems
Maintain documentation for IVR workflows, configurations, and updates
Address vulnerabilities identified by information security team
