Job summary

Unifonic, Inc. in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Consultant to help customers realize digital transformation through cloud communications, leading a virtual team of sales, engineers, and support resources.

You will build strong relationships, influence strategic direction, and drive executive engagement with CXOs and tech decision-makers, guiding solution design and deployments while removing deployment roadblocks.

Qualifications

• +4+ years in selling tech solutions, tech consulting, or customer-facing delivery (SaaS/CPaaS/telecom).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT-related field.
• Ability to match offerings to customer needs and translate them into solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison between Sales and Product during the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Unifonic's conversational AI and omnichannel platform.
• Join Sales meetings to understand customer needs and shape solutions.
• Provide problem escalation and best-practice support to clients and teams.
