A leading recruitment consultancy in the Oil & Energy sector is seeking a Mechanical Inspector for T&I projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in mechanical inspections, API 510 and API 570 certifications, and strong knowledge of industry standards. This role involves ensuring compliance with standards during equipment inspections and conducting quality control documentation. Willingness to relocate for a 45-day shutdown is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Inspector in Oil & Energy T&I projects.
• Proven experience in shutdown maintenance projects.
• Valid certifications: API 510, API 570.
• Strong knowledge of API, ASME, and ISO standards.
• Experience conducting inspections and tests on mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of mechanical equipment during T&I projects.
• Perform fit-up inspections and monitor welding processes.
• Schedule and oversee necessary non-destructive testing.
• Maintain accurate quality control documentation.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and communicate progress.
