Position: Technical Manager – Mask & Wet Wipe Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of high-capacity mask manufacturing machinery.
• Manage PLC programming, system automation, and real-time machine performance monitoring.
• Operate, maintain, and ensure efficient functioning of wet wipe manufacturing equipment.
• Lead technical audits, implement preventive maintenance schedules, and minimize downtime.
• Train and supervise maintenance teams on equipment handling, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance with industry standards.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in maintaining and operating large-scale mask-making machines.
• Strong expertise in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.) and automation systems.
