A luxury hotel in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Team Leader - Reservations to assist in the efficient running of the Reservations Department. The role involves collaborating with Marketing and Sales to maximize room yield while ensuring exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt's brand standards. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and possess strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
You will be responsibleto assist with theefficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Reservations is responsible to assist the Assistant Reservation Manager in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt’s Brand Standards.
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager in either Reservation or Front Office, or as Team Leader in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
