• Own and deliver unit acquisition targets across assigned areas.
• Define acquisition priorities, coverage plans, and weekly targets.
• Act as an escalation point for complex or high-value closures.
• Ensure consistent pipeline generation and closing discipline.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage Supply Acquisition Specialists.
• Conduct regular pipeline, activity, and closing reviews.
• Set clear expectations on field activity, outreach, and closures.
• Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Own market coverage and supply expansion by area and category.
• Identify high-potential zones and supply gaps.
• Monitor competitor activity and local market dynamics.
