We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Supply Chain General Manager for a prominent and leading retail company in Saudi Arabia, renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business and operational goals.
  • Oversee production planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management to ensure product availability and cost efficiency.
  • Lead procurement and sourcing activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
  • Manage supply chain logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution to support retail or manufacturing operations.
  • Coordinate closely with production, sales, and commercial teams to align supply plans with market demand.
  • Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure operational continuity and resilience.
  • Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management within retail or manufacturing environments.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership or general management role.
  • Proven hands‑on experience in production planning, procurement, and supply chain logistics.
