Job summary

A leading retail company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to support corporate strategy development and execution. You will work closely with senior leadership to translate the company's vision into actionable initiatives, track progress, and contribute to organizational development. The ideal candidate has 8–15 years in strategy or consulting with strong analytical skills and experience in the retail or FMCG sectors.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in strategy, consulting, organizational development, transformation, or PMO.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, telecom, or consulting environments is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical background with experience in frameworks, modeling, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate strategy development through research, analysis, and preparation of strategic reports.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.
