Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken skills required.
• Proven experience with Etimad, SAP Ariba, and other client portals.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle portals including updating documents and submitting proposals.
• Participate in meetings and negotiations with clients.
• Coordinate with logistics and finance teams for order execution.

Skills

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Experience handling portals such as Etimad, SAP Ariba, Aramco, SABIC, SEC, Marafiq

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to prepare and submit quotations and techno-commercial proposals

Strong follow-up and organization skills

Good negotiation and client-handling skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Teamwork and alignment with company objectives

Basic knowledge of logistics, finance, and procurement processes
