Job summary

A leading technology firm is seeking a Team Lead for Enterprise sales in Saudi Arabia focusing on the Energy and Utilities sector. The successful candidate will manage key accounts, develop business opportunities, and lead a sales team. This role requires strong negotiation skills, knowledge of networking products, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Travel is expected up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Significant direct work experience in a relevant customer set.
• Good understanding of Enterprise tender processes.
• Experience with team leadership, mentoring and coaching others.
• Requires specialized knowledge in networking products, preferably those of F5.
• Experience with Internet related software or systems.

Responsibilities

• Focus on Enterprise accounts in KSA, particularly Energy and Utilities.
• Act as an expert and team leader for the KSA Enterprise sales team.
• Maintain contact with accounts at an executive level.
• Sell products and services while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
• Identify and qualify long-term and short-term business opportunities.
