Job summary

A leading health services company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced professional to manage existing accounts and enhance customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, strong interpersonal abilities, and a focus on business excellence. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Managing a book of business for existing accounts.

  • Conducting strategic meetings on retention rate and success.
  • Proactively managing and negotiating renewal for the portfolio.
