Job Summary: As a Store Manager at Joe & The Juice, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining the brand's energetic and dynamic culture.

Responsibilities
  • Operations & Sales: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including inventory management, stock ordering, and adherence to company policies.
  • Operations & Sales: Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets through excellent customer engagement and upselling techniques.
  • Operations & Sales: Monitor and optimize store profitability, including labor costs and waste management.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team of juicers and baristas.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead by example in fostering a high-energy, team-oriented, and fun work environment.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team productivity.
  • Customer Experience & Brand Standards: Maintain exceptional customer service standards, ensuring an outstanding experience for every guest.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail, hospitality, or food & beverage management role.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Knowledge of inventory and financial management (P&L experience is a plus).
