Job summary

A growing organization in trading and maintenance is seeking a detail-oriented Stock Keeper to join their warehouse team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate receiving, issuing, and recording of materials, maintaining inventory accuracy and proper organization. Responsibilities include receiving materials, preparing Goods Receipt Notes in the ERP system, and coordinating with the Warehouse Supervisor. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience and familiarity with ERP systems like Odoo or SAP. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as a Stock Keeper or Storekeeper.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, or similar).
  • Basic computer skills including data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect materials against delivery notes.
  • Prepare and post Goods Receipt Notes in the ERP system.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and racking of materials.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and support physical stock counts.
  • Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies immediately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect materials against delivery notes and purchase orders
  • Prepare and post Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in the ERP system
  • Issue materials as per approved requests and system transactions
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and racking of materials
  • Maintain accurate stock records and support physical stock counts
  • Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies immediately
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor, Procurement, and Finance
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience as a Stock Keeper / Storekeeper
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, or similar)
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry)
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability
  • Ability to work under pressure
