This role contributes to ensuring we develop bench strength needed to fill leadership roles with upcoming hotel pipeline in KSA (30 hotels in 3 years and 55 hotels in 5 years).

Position Summary
- Supports the EMEA Talent team by rolling out EMEA Leadership development programs and initiatives such as a director and GM development program, Leadership programs via Harvard Lead, Hilton Leadership capabilities role out to hotels in EMEA etc.
- Supports the EMEA Talent management process consisting of 2 hotel talent review cycles, regional talent reviews with senior stakeholders, with the aim to identify talent pools and successors and anticipating learning needs.
- Workforce planning: Analyses talent data and identifies gaps and opportunities to develop internal leaders. Follows up in the KSABK region
- Supports EMEA Talent team projects e.g. customer promise support calls, role out of new technology, content updates of global programs, transitioning to self-nominations.
- Coordinates specific leadership development in KSABK like WIL KSA, MDP KSA, develop Saudi nationals via country champions, ensuring robust CDPs are in place through CDP workshops, quality checking CDPs of top talents and facilitates awareness and achievement of internal talent movement targets.
- Collaborates and build strong relationships with other EMEA Talent team members and regional leaders such as HR, Recruitment, AGMs, VP Ops, Hotel L&D – HR & General Managers.
- Supports the regional HR strategy in terms of talent and Leadership development activities.
- Track and measure impact of leadership programs and talent interventions through data and feedback loops, highlighting progress and areas of improvement
WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT
- Excellent communication skills – written (professional business English writing skills) and orally – e.g. presentation skills in person and on- line facilitation skills.
- A good understanding or appreciation of the hospitality sector, including but not limited to, current and future developments in L&D.
- Technically savvy; Ability to work with multiple systems, including comprehensive level of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams (or other platforms to run virtual meetings and trainings).
- Ability to direct work with minimum supervision from senior managers or peers (after comprehensive onboarding and coaching).
- Confidence to be able to think quickly and answer queries concisely
- Ability to collaborate and interface with wide ranging levels of seniority with ease
- Willing to travel in the KSABK region and 2 - 4 times per year in EMEA.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in hospitality or Human Resources or related
- Specific Experience: Previous similar work experience in a L&D role for 2 years minimum
- Any Licenses or Certificates:not required
- Additional Requirements: Travel of up to 50% can be expected in certain periods, mostly domestic in nature.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: International bachelor or master.
- Specific Experience: Ability to work with multiple systems, including comprehensive level of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams (or other platforms to run virtual meetings and trainings)
- Licenses or certifications: Coaching qualification, CIPD or similar
- Additional Requirements: worked with a talent management system from Oracle or other global suppliers
- Proven experience leading key L&D initiatives, ideally within the hospitality industry.
