Qualifications

  • Minimum experience of 8 years in High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and petrochemical technical field.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes in the periodic update of the standard operating procedures and manual.
  • Contributes to the formulation and implementation of the plant strategy.
  • Oversees concerns raised from daily/shift reports.
  • Contributes in HAZOP studies/ISO and quality standard meetings.
  • Acts as the SME to ensure job execution requirements are in place.
  • Represents the work area operationally, providing advice for complicated issues.
  • May coordinate with other departments for maintenance and process issues.
  • Coaches and guides less experienced staff.

Job Purpose:

Monitor performance of all assets in the plant.

Job Summary:

Monitors performance of all assets in the concerned plant to ensure their safety, quality and operations in order to meet the targeted production and provide advice and recommendation to sustain, improve and resolve issues.

Role responsibilities:

  • Contributes in the periodic update of the standard operating procedures and manual to ensure that all activities are covered
  • Contributes to the formulation and implementation of the plant strategy and plans.
  • Oversees any concerns raised in relation to the plant/area from the daily/shift reports
  • Contributes in HAZOP studies/ISO and quality standard meetings to ensure all resulting hazard initiatives are implemented
  • Acts as the SME to ensure all the work execution requirements are in place so that jobs can be carried out safely.
  • Represents the work area operationally, providing advice and support to assigned team for complicated issues and concerns.
  • May be the focal point to coordinate with other departments for any maintenance, reliability, process related issues.
  • Coaches and guides less experienced staff , assessing their knowledge and helping to improve their capabilities

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Diploma in relevant discipline with minimum experience of 8 years in High Density Polyethylene HDPE and petrochemical technical field.
